High School Volleyball Tryout Ready Clinic August 2023
Prepare for your High School’s Volleyball Tryouts with our August 2023 Clinic. This 2-day clinic is for the High School Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Volleyball players. Total hours of training is 4 hours. Our clinics are designed to prepare players for High School tryouts! Each day, we will focus on the necessary volleyball skills, ball control, footwork, and communication skills that players need for their High School Team

Tuesday Volleyball Skills
Tuesday Serving, Passing, and Serve-Receive skills we’re working with players
Volleyball Serving
Eclipse Coaches, will train players on serving fundamentals. Next, our Coaches will teach players the different Volleyball Serves they can use in a match.
Passing
Eclipse Coaches, will help players with passing fundamentals and ball control. We will focus on proper technique including passing inside the midline and out of system passing.
Serve-Receive
Taking Volleyball passing, one step further. Eclipse Coaches will instruct players on handling the opponent’s serves. Determining a short or deep serve prior to the serve.
Defensive skills
Eclipse Coaches will go over Defensive skills for the back and front row players. Skills tha t include reading the opponents.
Wednesday Volleyball Skills
High School players will work on Setting, Hitting, and put all the skills together for Wednesday’s clinic.
Setting Skills
Eclipse Coaches will cover setting skills and teach different sets.
Hitting Skills
Eclipse Volleyball Coaches will cover hitting mechanics. We will discuss and demonstrate proper footwork, positioning, and arm swing.
Putting it all together
High School Players will form teams and scrimmage using skills from Tuesday and Wednesdays Clinics.

The August 2023 High School Ready Training sessions will take place at the Eclipse Volleyball Club KC – Independence facility. It is located off I-70 and the South Noland Road Exit.

Fee & Registering for the High School Ready Training
Fee for players attending the 2-day session (4-total hours of training) is $115.00 for Non-Members. Current Eclipse Club Members the fee is $100. Please Contact Coach Diane or Coach Charles for the Coupon code.
Parents paying by check or cash, please do so by mailing the fee or contacting Eclipse Volleyball Club KC by July 28, 2023.
Online payment will incur a 6.5% convenience fee for processing the payment through paypal.
