Join us for volleyball Open Gym April, May, June, & July 2022. Eclipse Volleyball Club KC holds open gyms for maintaining players’ skills before school and club team tryouts. Volleyball Players age 10 – 18 years old are welcome to attend. Each one hour open gym we offer is $10 per pre-registered player. To reserve your player’s spot at our open gym, please book and pay for their time slot through our website.

Limited player capacity and cut off time
To provide the right amount of coaches for each open gym time slot, we have a limited player capacity per appointment slots. Next, please book your player’s open gym time slot at least 24 hours in advance. For example, if the date and time slot you want is May 15th at 1:00pm. You need to book your preferred date and time slot before May 14th at 1:00pm. This lead time allows the club to prepare for each open gym dates and times.

Eclipse Volleyball Club KC offers several April – July 2022 dates for open gym. If you are new to our volleyball club or not sure how to use our booking calendar, please read below the steps to booking an open gym date and time for your player.
How to book the date and time slot
Please consider booking the date and time slot on a desktop computer or tablet.
Approximate time to book open gym and time slot 7 minutes
- Determine Player’s age level of play
Please use the Heart of America Volleyball Junior Age Calculator to get that information.
- Select the dates
Select the dates your player’s age group have open gym. See the picture showing the 15u date selected.
- Select the time slot
Click on the time slot. If the time slot appears, that indicates there’s availability to book an open gym. See the image of the 15u time slot selected.
- Check the Health Waiver Box (We have removed this box and request other info)
We have remove the waiver box and request parents/guardians to print their first and last name acknowledging they have read our Covid-19 Waiver Box. Next, enter Player information.
- Click on the Book Now Button
Clicking the “Book Now” Button will bring parents to the website’s cart page. See image of 15u book now button.

Volleyball Open Gym Payment
The cost for pre-registered players attending open gym is $10.00. Parents can pay for the open gym through our website’s shop page. Please note There is a 6.5% Convenience Fee for processing credit and debit card payments.* If you prefer to pay with check or cash, please contact our Volleyball Club Directors 24 hours before your preferred open gym start date and time. The 24 hours will allow our Club Directors to check on availability and reply to parent’s request.

Face Masks Policy and Parents Viewing
Face masks usage in the Eclipse Volleyball Club facility are optional. Our face mask policy may change if HOAVB (Heart of America Volleyball organization), USA Volleyball, and/or the Clay County Public Health Center requires them. Our Club facility has a small viewing area for parents to watch open gym. It is a small space that may not allow parents social distance spacing. Weather permitting, we would prefer parents watching open gym outside our garage doors
