Join us for our Volleyball Open Gym 2025. Eclipse Volleyball Club KC holds open gyms for players before school and club team tryouts. Volleyball Players age 10u – 18u with HOA (Heart of America) Club and/or School Experience are welcome to attend. Each one-hour open gym we offer is $10 per player. To reserve your player’s spot at our open gym, please book and pay for their time slot through our website. **WE’VE ADDED MORE OPEN GYM DATES JULY 7, 8, & 9, 2025. Limited number of attendees per time slot and cut-off time
To provide the right amount of coaches for each open gym time slot, we have a limited number of players per time slot. Next, please book your player’s open gym time slot at least 48 hours in advance. For example, if the date and time slot you want is May 15th at 1:00 pm. You need to book your preferred date and time slot before May 14th at 1:00 pm. This lead time allows the club to prepare for each open gym date and time.
How to book the date and time slot
If you are new to our volleyball club or not sure how to use our booking calendar, please read below the steps to booking an open gym date and time for your player. Please consider booking the date and time slot on a desktop computer or tablet.
Approximate time to book open gym and time slot 7 minutes
- Determine Player’s age level of play
Please use the Heart of America Volleyball Junior Age Calculator to get that information.
- Select the dates
Select the dates your player’s age group have open gym. See the picture showing the 15u date selected.
- Select the time slot
Click on the time slot. If the time slot appears, that indicates there’s availability to book an open gym. See the image of the 15u time slot selected.
- Check the Health Waiver Box (We have removed this box and request other info)
We have remove the waiver box and request parents/guardians to print their first and last name acknowledging they have read our Covid-19 Waiver Box. Next, enter Player information.
- Click on the Book Now Button
Clicking the “Book Now” Button will bring parents to the website’s cart page. See image of 15u book now button.

Volleyball Open Gym Fee
The cost for pre-registered players attending open gym is $10.00. Parents can pay for the open gym through our website’s shop page. Please note There is a 5% Convenience Fee for processing credit and debit card payments.* If you prefer to pay with check or cash, please contact our Volleyball Club Directors 48 hours before your preferred open gym start date and time. The 48 hours will allow our Club Directors to check on availability and reply to parent’s request.

Our Volleyball Open Gym will take place at the Eclipse Volleyball Club KC’s Northland facility.
